OUR HONEY
We must have good honey. We have won county and Texas state blue ribbons every year since we began keeping bees. It is not filtered or cooked in any way. We also won first place blue ribbons for our Dark AND Light Amber honey at the national beekeeping convention in 2010. Most treasured is our "Best in Show" in the state of Texas in 2012 and 2013.
HARVEST TIME
Honey harvest is a process that uses every member of the family plus several neighbors and friends. Sticky honey seems to cover every available surface. We call it "Honey Spa" week because we end up covered in it. We're always excited to see the first drops of honey spinning out of the honeycomb.
WHEAT
In addition to honey and bee products our farm also produces chemical free hard red wheat. We package wheat into mylar bags sealed with an oxygen absorber in 5 gallon food grade buckets to preserve freshness for up to 30 years.

EVENTS
We attend many local, state and national beekeeping and honey context events and often can be found speaking about our operation or teaching both young and old on beekeeping topics. Beekeepers love to share ideas about rasing bees and producing good honey.
